Welcome to Lost Mule Lodgics

where we unload a few chaotic thoughts!

Lost Mule Lodgic…?

Clever huh?

You will be seeing this on occasion.

When we have random chaotic thoughts bouncing off the walls in our heads,

something we know will brighten your day, we will share them with you!

It may be a scrumptious recipe, or a great deal on some sheets, or a little doozy about life.

So, when you see the title Lost Mule Lodgic – you will know it will be something random that you want to know.

You just didn’t know you wanted to know until we shared it with you!

So let’s get on with Lost Mule Lodge’s…

Lost Mule Lodgics…

You do not have to be Suzy Seamstress to have Spiderman bursting out of some worn out jeans.

Most who know me would tell you that I am better with pine boards and a nail gun.

Don’t tell anyone, but, it is a fact that I once glued a button onto a coat.

So trust me when I say to you, “If I can do this – you can do this.”

It doesn’t take a critical eye to see the bobbin apparently was not in sync with the needle, leaving a mass of thread web.

I had no idea how to fix that tangled mess.

But hey, I was patching these gaping holes with Spiderman, so the massive web of thread added to the look!

You know, like it is supposed to look like that way.

You can find various options of superhero fabrics at Hobby Lobby – you only need enough to show a complete character through the hole in the jeans.

It works best if you can position the fist punching through the hole.

Worn out jeans come free of charge – The kids take care of this for you.

These patches have lasted through many heroic adventures fighting dirt and grime throughout Maytag City.

They are holding up pretty good.

You will become a very popular person in some little one’s world.

The reward is priceless!!!

      Thanks Vicki,
it was fun doing this and super cheap!
If only I were a better seamstress.
But, of course, you know the boys loved it!
Thank you for commenting and for caring so much for our boys.
